    Shipments and Returns - Refunds

    The shipping of your package

    Packages are generally dispatched within 2-4 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS - DHL - FedEx with tracking of the shipment (tracking) and insurance of the package included. Within 24 hours of placing the order we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

    The shipping costs include the costs of administration, packaging and postage. Management costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one single order. We can not group two distinct orders placed separately, so shipping costs will be charged for each of them.

    The boxes have dimensions that are adequately large and your items are well protected.

    Return of Goods - Refunds

    In any case, the customer is obliged to dispatch of the goods to change and/or revise, at its expense via courier tracked.
    If believed useful, we will send our courier and the cost will be deducted from the amount of return. Products must be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the initial receipt of the product. The material must be returned UNDAMAGED in its ORIGINAL packaging and with all accessories supplied to control part of the Later within three days from the receipt will be applied to the reimbursement of the goods purchased through the agreed means with the customer.

    Prior to shipment all products are tested in their integrity and functionality, hardly you will receive items broken or not working. Our company guarantees the quality and the integrity of the articles sent.
    In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or, if replacement is not available, to refund the total amount of the cost of the item.
    It will be sufficient to return the goods complete in its original packaging and send us an e-mail providing:

    • The name of the object;
    • The progressive number d"order issued at the time of the purchase;
    • The reason for the replacement;
    • The data for the shipment;
    • Your phone number and an email.
