Vaginal Dilators Intimrelax Pink Silicone - F-20371

Intimrelax is a system of progressive rehabilitation of vaginismus and atrophic vaginitis. This reeducation system has 3 intravaginal ergonomic devices of various sizes and diameters, ideal for gradually exercising and dilating the vaginal canal. Daily exercise programs will help you recover the cavity and elasticity of your vagina, alleviating dyspareunia or coital pain. It is a 100% natural alternative to hormonal treatment and a solution to enjoy a full and active sex life.

Use a water-based lubricant to facilitate exercises and moisturize the vaginal mucosa. Keep in mind that petroleum jelly can damage the latex of condoms and diaphragms, so like oil-based lubricants, they are totally counter-indicated.

• Utilization:

You will have to first apply some water-based lubricant to the entrance of the vagina and gently massage 2 or 3 minutes. Next, take the smallest INTIMRELAX element, applying the same lubricant on the lubricant tip.

Next, start pressing to insert it into the vagina smoothly and progressively. You can continue exercising for 10 to 15 minutes doing small rocking movements. It is important to keep in mind that the contraction of the vaginal muscles is adverse, so if it occurs, the exercise must be interrupted.

The objective is the relaxation of the vaginal area as well as the search for the pleasure that accompanies it, so the use of a very comfortable place to perform the exercises and the accompaniment of soft music are indicated.

• One session a day of INTIMRELAX is sufficient: When the exercises with the smallest element allow a comfortable and uncomfortable introduction, it is necessary to follow the exercises with a larger element.
